Service Terms & Project Guidelines

  • Deposit Grace Period: Full deposit refunds are available within 24 hours of payment, provided your Virtual Strategy Session has not yet occurred.
  • Refund Policy: Deposits become non-refundable once strategy or build work begins.
  • Project Assets & Inactivity: Site timelines rely on prompt submission of requested media, copy, and feedback. Projects inactive for 30+ consecutive days without communication may be subject to a 15% re-boarding fee.
